Who we are and what we stand for.

Sunrise

Sunrise BV was established as Casnet International BV in 1997 with the objective to provide cost effective and reliable solutions for e-commerce and content management and online search facilities.


At that time this was already cloud based, allowing managing online stores with Sunrise software running in a browser. Soon after the Sunrise software was extended with modules to manage logistics and fulfilment.


Subsequently, all modules were built for B2B, B2C and B2B2C operations providing state of the art cloud based solutions for small and medium companies and large corporations running intensive retail and wholesale businesses.


Sunrise has also built complex systems such as Supply-in-Sync, managing Supplier-, Contract- and Rebates in the cloud, for the Maxeda group of companies (Praxis in the Netherlands and Brico in Belgium).


Our customers are entrepreneurs who see the need to grow their business more easily in the Cloud. The Sunrise Team has built the Sunrise Platform together with business owners, managers, and marketers over the past 25 years, mastering the day-to-day challenges.


The Sunrise Team is constantly exploring the latest technologies and design techniques to make Sunrise everything that you want it to be.

The technology behind Sunrise

In Sunrise research and development, we are constantly evaluating and improving our platform to make sure it is future proof and easy to integrate with other platforms. We use the latest technologies, both on the server side and at the front end.


Sunrise core technology is .NET with our latest version is based on .NET CORE 6, running the application server and Rest API end points in Windows and Linux Servers.


The front end is constantly being updated in line with the latest technologies. Our latest version is based on Angular and Bootstrap 5. Some of our services are also running with PHP, depending on the type of Integration needed.

The security of our Sunrise Cloud platform consists of a set of policies, controls, procedures and technologies that work together to protect our cloud based systems, data, and infrastructure.
